Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated 31 October 2026

This policy applies to everyone who uses DayDrop. Breaking it can lead to content removal, account limits, suspension or closure, immediately and without notice.

Do:

  • Be honest in listings, reports and messages.

  • Be respectful to vendors, buyers and the DayDrop team.

  • Collect what you reserve, or cancel in time.

Do not:

  • Post false, misleading or illegal listings, or products from the prohibited list in the Vendor Terms.

  • Harass, threaten, abuse or discriminate against anyone, or post content that would breach the Harmful Digital Communications Act 2015.

  • Post other people's personal information, or photos of people without their permission.

  • Make fake accounts, fake reservations, or false reports or no-shows.

  • Use DayDrop to spam, advertise unrelated products, or contact users for purposes unrelated to a reservation.

  • Scrape, copy or bulk download data from DayDrop, or use bots.

  • Try to access accounts or data that are not yours, probe or test our security without permission, or interfere with the Service. If you find a security issue, please tell us at [email protected].

  • Upload malware or content you do not have rights to.

Reporting: use the report button on a listing or stall, or contact Support. In an emergency, call 111.

We decide reasonably and in good faith whether content or behaviour breaks this policy. You can ask us to review a decision through Support.
